Mileage Reimbursement Calculator (IRS Rate) by TheCalcTools

How the Mileage Reimbursement Calculator (IRS Rate) works

Reimbursement = business miles × rate per mile, plus parking and tolls, which are claimed separately under the IRS standard mileage method.

The IRS standard mileage rate covers fuel, wear, insurance and depreciation. Commuting between home and a regular workplace is not business mileage.

The formula

Reimbursement = miles × rate + parking and tolls
